Mechanical Engineer - Industrial Manufacturing - Ware, MA
My client is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to help design custom industrial machinery for manufacturability.
In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle from delivery through shipment to the client.
There is also some customer facing work involved in this position.

Description
In this role you will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for:
- Planning, conceptualizing, and creating mechanical designs for manufacturability
- Engineering calculations to support design work
- Technical drawings, plans, and specifications using SolidWorks and Inventor
- Working on multi-disciplinary teams, customers, vendors, and contractors
- Tracking budget and project development for multiple projects at a time
Profile
The successful candidate will have
- An Engineering degree
- Engineering documentation and AutoCAD experience
- Ability to interface with customers
- Strong math skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
