Join our team of dedicated human services professionals as an In-Home Therapy Clinician in our In-Home Therapy Program in Ware, MA! In Home Therapy clinicians work together with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to support children with behavioral health challenges and their families to achieve stability and success in the community.
In-Home Therapy Clinicians help families through family therapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention and management and care coordination using a trauma informed, team-based model of care, provided in the child and families' natural environments.
What are we looking for in an In-Home Therapy ClinicianQualifications/Requirements Master's degree in a mental health field minimum (required).
Have independent licensure or are license-eligible and actively working towards licensure (required).
CANS-MA certified (required).
Familiarity with DSM V Have broad knowledge of mental illness and treatment techniques including family therapy (required).
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
Working knowledge of community resources.
