As an account manager you will support our product development and sales teams in fulfilling our customers' needs.
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 depending on your level of experience.
Essential Functions:
Maintain customer programs.
Serve as key liaison between Customers, Sales and Asian Production Teams.
Manage program details to match production deadline.
Request and maintain data on costing, margins and specs.
Coordinate presentations for customers to support sales.
Collaborate with multiple internal departments on product development, design, production, and supply chain.
Identify new opportunities in the market (competitive shopping & reporting).
Learn and use customer-specific systems and forms.
Attend Spring & Fall Market events in New York City.
Attend on-site and/or off-site client meetings.
To be a successful account manager you will:
Be self-motivated.
Demonstrate strong attention to details.
Have excellent verbal & written communication skills Solve problems with flexibility, perseverance, and initiative.
Be well-organized and able to juggle competing demands.
Possess the ability to handle a large amount of responsibility, pressure, and accountability.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
College degree or relevant experience.

years experience in Product Management, Account Management or Sales support.
Textile industry experience a big plus but not required.
Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software a plus.
