Kanzaki has an opening for a Working Foreman covering our coating operations.
This position will perform diversified duties to oversee and control the operation of the #11 Coating machine for an assigned shift.
Duties include:
leading operation of coating machine, scheduling and supervising crews, ensuring quality of product, production efficiency and minimization of waste, maintaining production records, filling in on coating machine where needed to sustain operations, including the operation of tow motors and hoists, and other similar duties primarily those pertaining to the operation of production equipment.
Duties require visual attention to machine operation and controls and physical properties of product; manual coordination and dexterity to operate machinery; walking around machinery and climbing stairs; management and leadership of production employees; enforcement of KSP safety and personnel policies; good verbal and written communication ability; familiarity with computers including a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
